Warning to everyone! This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The ice cream machine was broken (again!) and there was NO sign to let customers know. I paid, waited, and then was rudely told by the manager that I couldn’t get a refund because ‘the machine doesn’t work.’ Excuse me? You charge people for something you can’t serve, and then refuse to return their money?! The manager had zero manners and zero respect. Totally unacceptable. Corporate needs to check this location ASAP — it’s a disaster.

I rarely leave reviews but I have to for this one. DoorDash assigned this McDonalds for me and it’s awful, I understand that the pay is not good at fast food places but if you’re going to have to do the job then at least try to do a decent job. I spent $50 dollars for the food to suck, everything sucked. The only decent things was the fries and I mean how hard is it to mess that up, and even that was stale and cold but at least doable. Then they don’t put half of the stuff I ordered in the bag. I was starving before I ordered the food and starving after I got it because the food was bad. Seriously, order or go to any McDonalds that’s not this one. It’s sucks.

Came specifically for the game pieces. Ordered a large fry and large drink. When I told the guy at the window, a woman came up and started telling me, oh, they don’t come on the medium drink. Said this is a large drink. Now there’s 2 people that are telling me they can’t help me. Asked for manager, she tells me oh, they’re not on any of the large drinks, we ran out. Never went in the back to check either. Couldn’t get my 2 game pieces and they wouldn’t give me a different one in place of it. Was told, oh, well I can’t even play the game and I’d get fired if I gave you a different item that had a game piece on it. Couldn’t get a refund, couldn’t get the 2 game pieces I paid for and the food wasn’t even fresh. Huge waste of time, gas and money. Do better McDonalds!!!

Today I came to grab lunch from the local McDonald’s I had a question for the manager, and I was approached by the “supervisor” named Tay I was asking him some questions when the Gentlemen got very rude and walked away in the middle of a conversation with a customer. This gentleman should not be a manager if you cannot operate as a civil human being. I had ordered a large drink and noticed that my drink did not have a monopoly sticker. I tried to get an answer or a question in and it was impossible. Tay needs to be trained properly before interacting with any customer.
