    After having been to multiple closed fast food places in Miami on Christmas Eve this was the only place that was open and let me tell you one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten.

    The employee Charlie (maybe shirley o dont understand name correctly ) (say im manager ) didn't order, I came this far for nothing, she was very disrespectful and rude, she should definitely not work here

    0% customer service at this location in the evening. For over 5 year. I hate I have to come here for ice cream because the other never have it. You would think after all these years of Customer complaining about the service. McDonald's would do something about it

    Entgegen der meisten McDonald's ist diese Filiale sehr schlecht. Ich hatte ein Menü mit Burger, Fritten und Getränk, an den Tisch, bestellt. Da nach 20 Minuten nichts passiert ist, habe ich nachgefragt. Dann habe ich einen zermatschen Burger und kalte Fritten, aber kein Getränk, bekommen. Dies habe ich reklamiert. Daraufhin wurde das Essen weggenommen und ich nicht mehr beachtet. Ich habe dann gebeten mir mein Geld zurück zu geben. Keine Reaktion. Mehrfaches Nachfragen hat nichts gebracht. Ich wurde angelogen: man könne an kein Bargeld kommen und ich solle morgen wiederkommen, obwohl eine offene Kasse da war. Erst als ich wiederholt und deutlich mein Geld zurück verlangt habe, war die Chefin bereit mir mein Geld zurück zu geben. Zwischdurch wurde ich weggeschubst und angebrüllt. Zusätzlich fällt auf: der Laden hat zwar überdurchschnittlich viele Mitarbeiter, ist aber nichtsdestotrotz sehr langsam. Ich empfehle eine andere Filiale zu nutzen.
