My I ordered sausage mcgriddle hash browns and coffee. The sandwich was bordering between cold and a very luke warm. Customers were practically screaming,"EXCUSE ME" workers acted like they didnt even hear. They were messing up orders . I understand it's morning rush but they need to be prepared for that. Customers were visibly up they had to wait so long. Worst McDonald's ever.

I understand you’re alone to take orders however if you have common sense you will take one order form the right lane one order from the left lane. Well not in her mind, she would take 4 orders in a row from the left lane and make you wait forever. To the point that I thought the microphone was not working and drive up to the window. After waiting more than 10 minutes she refused to take my order at the window, telling me I had to go back to the end of the line. Very poor customer service.
