We had a craving for sushi and were pleasantly surprised as the staff informed us of a wonderful sushi restaurant that we had to try only a short walking distance from the hotel! Wow, destiny! The rooftop setup, scenery, & vibe is beautiful. We were greeted by a friendly host and seated within 10 minutes ( no rezzy on a Sunday evening) Our waitress Suzanna (not sure if name is correcr, she ia from Czech Republic and has a beautifulsmile) brought a welcoming & outstanding energy that matched the vibe. You can tell she truly enjoys her job and cares about her customers. She was knowledgeable and helped us with our menu choices which all lived up to exactly what she told us they would be! Thank you for your exceptional service😊 The food was tasty and we loved the seasonal menu option! What a beaitiful night, between the food & vibe and our wonderful waitress it felt magical. One small suggestion on an improvement would be the drinks. My boyfriend couldn't really taste the lychee in his drink. Would love to see some fresh lychee in that beverage. It was a stunning dinner and a wonderful memory to keep at ETARU!!!
