It’s sad this is the closest McDonald’s to me because it’s one of the more poorly run McDonald’s I’ve been to. 50% of the time it takes over 15 minutes in the drive thru

Been coming here for years but the lobby closed and they just chased my out at 7:57am thats not really reasonable customer service enjoy the food occasionally but it was freezing out i just wanted some hot coffee...little disappointed

I've been going there every morning for a week now. The restaurant is clean, food standard, staff is nice but it seems like they are really pushing the kiosk screens. Can end up waiting at the register for awhile trying to place an order. I've watched the other guests, they would rather wait for the register than use the screens. Hmmm... I just came up with an idea, use the drive thru and then come in to eat.

Ordered a 6 piece chicken Mcnugget happy meal. They handed me 6 pieces; I told them I asked for the kids meal, and they said no you didn't, I told them I know what I ordered. I only go there for my granddaughter who is 9. They gave me a hard time, they could have just charged me for the apples and fried instead of making a big deal. I was finally told to go too another window; waited. Came and gave me the happy meal; cold fries, no apples, and no kids toy along with a dirty look.

So this morning I go through the drive thru I ordered hot cakes and sausage. Sausage McMuffin with egg and an extra piece of sausage. 2 hash browns. $16 and change. Girl takes payment. No receipt. Should always give a receipt next window. Bag of food is ready. I get home no sandwich. Seriously. Now I’m supposed to drive back up there. No I call. 1st call they hung up as soon as they picked up. 2nd call I ask to speak to manager on duty. They said she’s in a meeting. I said well she needs to meet with an upset customer and they hung up again 3rd call would not answer the phone. So they stole my money and won’t even address it. So I’m here now leaving a bad review to let others know
