    A plain cheeseburger means just that - plain. This one came with onions, which the person I ordered this for is highly allergic too - so glad we looked first.

    Clean. But sloooowww. Apparently understaffed. They lost my kiosk order and took over 20 minutes to deliver it to the counter. Other patrons were waiting 15+ minutes as well. Avoid.

    This place is a disorganized mess. Waited 20 minutes for a simple order and had employees coming by the drive thru waiting area trying to figure out whose food went where. Just a joke of a location.

    Can't comment on the food or atmosphere as we were not even able to order. My wife and I saw an advertisement for the Mc rib but couldn't find it on the kiosk. We then went up to the counter where we stood for 10 minutes where we were seen by 2 employees in the back who never said anything. Finally an employee came up asked if we were looking to order and when we said that's what we were trying to do and started to ask a question about the mc rib the employee asked somebody else what they were there for and then went back into the back to assist the other person who was there for a pickup order. Horrible customer service. I would never go back to this location

    McDonald’s New Years Eve, 7:40p.m. The order was two coffees and cream. We were told, “Sorry we don’t have that.” Since when does McDonalds not have coffee?? You have it, but like the ice cream machines that are perpetually broken, no one wants to make it. (In the case of the ice cream machines, no one wants to clean them.) Fine, we’ll go to WaWa.
