I called 2 hours ahead and pre-booked and pre-played online. Front desk reasoning about having bays reserved for people who reserved online (or wanted to walk in) simply made no sense to me (since I, too reserved and pre paid online). Took me over 10 minutes of arguing to find a solution. Very stressful experience and me and my family felt very discriminated against - horrible way to kick off a family outing. Once at the bay, the staff was amazing there.

Kody had that perfect mix of chill and fun energy — super easy to talk to, quick with the drinks, and just made the whole night flow perfectly. And Jersey? Total boss energy. You can tell he runs that place with pride — professional, approachable, and clearly someone who cares about both his team and the guests. Everything — and I mean everything — was a solid 10 out of 10. From the food, the service, the atmosphere, to the genuine hospitality, it was a straight-up vibe.
