  I was at this top golf tonight, everyone was great until the end. Of course they close at 11 but at 10:55 Jersey the alleged/ unfortunate assistant manger put his hands on me (held my shirt and neck so nothing serious) because of pulling too many balls out of the ball machine before 11. I had plenty of time to hit them all but got very scared when he verbally threatened our whole group (“ meet me outside to let me show you who I am”) I’ve been raised off respect but putting your hands (even though not fully hurting) is unaccaptable business wise. I genuinely am scared to go back but love TopGolf as a business I am very sad, scared, and upset. Again Jersey only put his hands on my arm, neck, and back, so it’s not a big deal because he had to reach upward for 2 of the stated assault areas. I hope he does not get fired and keeps this location amazing! All in all if you go to this top golf near 11 PM you not only golf but get to be treated horribly after paying!!! Thank you for the assault Jersey this makes me want to return!!!

  This top golf has been the worst experience. The manager walked up to me and my group at 11:00 on the dot and were treated as if we stayed there until 3:00am. Jersey had to have had some issues because he thoroughly enjoyed the process of kicking us out. He was the rudest manager I have ever met and I never have been profiled like this but this was absurd the way he acted. It is completely unacceptable how he acted and i am very offended. The server was ok but she decided to not put our order in until 20 minutes (aka when they cant put in orders). I have been to the top golf in Tampa and now fort myers and it will be the last time i go to one in fort myers because of how horrendous the service was. I have also worked in service and would have been fired if i acted anything like that. I really hope he gets out by 11:01pm on the dot because it seems as though he doesnt care about any of the PAYING customers. Again, i understand that they close at 11 but the fact that i had a tab that was over 100 dollars and was treated as trash as soon as it hit 11 was an indication that the manager must have had something personal going on. Have an amazing day top golf fort myers, ill be at the one in tampa, where they care about paying customers.

  The only reason why I’m giving this review 5 stars is because of our waiter Kevin. He was very understanding and sympathetic towards our situation. However we did have to wait 45 minutes after our original reservation time and wait in the lobby for a bay. The front desk clerk were not understanding of our situation as they were sitting other people in front of us that just walked in. We then were given a bay number and when I expressed to Kevin about our situation he called over his manager Chris. Chris was not sympathetic nor understanding of our situation of being sat 45 minutes after our original reservation. He told us how he wasn’t able to change our hourly rate because we already put a deposit down and said that he can only extend our reservation time 10 minutes longer as there was another reservation coming in after us. This was very unprofessional and unfortunate that this location has a manager that was trying to rush us out after we had to wait 45 minutes past our reservation time to enjoy our fun. There were many other bays available and out of all of them they needed ours.

  As someone who visits Top Golf regularly with my family, this was hands down the most disappointing check-in and customer service at the front desk I’ve ever had. With several bays open, we were told there was no way to move to a bay where our children could adequately be accommodated. Understandable if the space is fully booked, but seeing the 40+ bays being unused on a Monday and not even being cordial- just a “it’s not possible” is sad. Definitely going to look at other family friendly places to visit in the future.

  Very disappointing experience. I was running about 10 minutes late for my reservation and attempted to adjust the time online, only to find that changes are not allowed within one hour of the reservation. At that point, it was 57 minutes until our scheduled time. I then tried calling the location, but there was no way to reach a live person through the phone system. The automated assistant repeatedly directed me back online, even though online changes were no longer possible. After multiple prompts and five minutes on hold, I eventually had to hang up so we could get on the road—it’s a 40-minute drive to this location. While driving, I called back four more times to make sure we wouldn’t be making the trip for nothing, as we were now going to be about 25 minutes late. I finally reached a team member by selecting the “events” option. I explained the situation and the issues with the phone system, and I was clearly told that arriving up to 30 minutes late would be fine and that we would still be able to play for our full reserved hour. However, when we arrived and checked in, we were told that our full hour could not be guaranteed and that we would be charged for the entire reservation but only allowed to play for about 30 minutes. I spoke with the front desk staff and a manager, explaining that I had called ahead specifically to confirm this, but they said they could not honor what I had been told over the phone. This was especially frustrating given that walk-ins were being accepted at the time and there were open reservations available online. I eventually spoke with another manager, Chris, who interrupted me while I was explaining the situation and became defensive when I pointed that out. He said he needed to call corporate to see if they would allow us to play our full hour. Corporate ultimately told him to do the right thing and honor the reservation, which raises concerns about why such a straightforward customer-service decision required escalation in the first place. My daughters and I love Topgolf, and what should have been a fun experience during winter break turned into an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating ordeal. I made every effort to communicate that we would be late. Had I known we would be driving 40 minutes only to potentially play for 30 minutes and have to argue with staff to resolve it, I would have rescheduled entirely. I doubt this experience was worth the bad review. Hopefully thus assists in getting the management and team better training.
