  It had been awhile since our last visit and this time I needed to reach out to all the folks out there that need to hear this, Our waitress Sofie was amazing, she had a sparkling personality and just made it feel like home. We ordered our food and had small talk, food came... All good, but then my wife noticed that the burger she ordered was not right, she ordered it well done and it came to her rare, so we flagged down Sofie and without being a jerk about it, mentioned to her that this was not right,she agreed. we were at the end of our meal and she said let me take care of it and proceeded to take the plate to the kitchen. After that she came back and said I have removed this from your bill and would like to offer an upgrade to your desert, So we got the skillet cookie, which was by the way-Awesome! She gave us the bill and we had a gift card so she updated the bill, we owed $1.26 so instead of putting on our Card we gave her cash and a generous tip, She was really great and understanding of our meal and paid attention to the details. This location has had some bad reviews online due to over cooked or under cooked food-This needs to be improved by far, other than that we were very happy with the outcome and hope that management acknowledges Sofie for her wonderful waitress-ing.

  My husband and I went to ax steakhouse to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary, and we sat at a booth in the bar. We had the blooming onion, Wednesday steak special for $13.99, and the best chocolate cake that I’ve had in a very long time. But true highlight was a service of Dominic as he was bartending, and had many tables he was juggling, but still having a smooth flow of service and food delivery times. I will certainly be back and thank you so much to the whole outback team as the food runners were also very quick, which is great because I’m a fast eater. Happy holidays!

  Food was pretty good. Was helped by RJ, Matt Rissin, and Jack foster. Service was incredible by these fine young gentlemen. Would highly recommend.

  Sunday I went out with my son and his wife and my other son to lunch to celebrate my youngest son's birthday The waitress we had her name was Sophia not please her service she greeted us took our drink orders and then took our food order and then just disappeared I'm someone else brought our food out she didn't even come up by one time not one time to come and check on us The restaurant was not busy she would walk by our table and not even stop by and say hey guys how's everything can I get you anything nothing I don't understand and then they want a 18% tip and I tipped her good and I shouldn't have because her service was very very bad and then I top it off I placed a to-go order and I was waiting for like 25 minutes for the to go order and then she kept walking by her table didn't even say hey guys just wanted to let you know that the court order take a little bit longer blah blah blah it's like terrible she's a horrible horrible server
