She then came and did a beautiful table scape. The food was delicious! You could tell Chef Shan has a lot of passion for what he does, and he does it well. They went above and beyond and took pictures and videos of the evening for us and even helped celebrate a birthday we had in the group. The kitchen looked like nobody had even been there when they left. Thanks again!

Chef Shan started prepping his hors D’oevres and shortly thereafter his assistant arrived. Then we had a disaster on our hands… our oven wasn’t heating properly! It’s great to have good neighbors who allowed us to use their kitchen whilst they were out of town. Chef Shan never missed a beat. Every cold and hot item was professionally prepared and beautifully served to our guests. We’ve since received several ‘WOW” emails about how well Cristi decorated our lanai and how astonishing the flavors that Chef Shan used to dazzle the taste buds. If you’re interested in hosting an elegant party there’s nothing to fear by using E’Leeps Catering. The BEST! Thank you Cristi and Chef Shan!
