It was an almost perfect experience. Been coming for a while and there was been a couple of slip up every now and then but this last time is what makes it a 3 star. I ordered a chicken biscuit meal for breakfast like I always do and they put the chicken on a muffin. It was good but not what I ordered

Service was completely awful. Try to stop by to grab a quick coffee on my long ride home cashier was completely rude through the drive-through. I tried asking a question to clarify my order. She refused to answer my question multiple times after asking her. She finally told me she could help me when I pulled up to the window. All I got was a small hot coffee for cream for sugar not really understanding how you can mess that up and still give me a black coffee. Seems like she did it on purpose.

My wife & I stopped in here tonight since the McRib is back & we both had saved receipts with the BOGO sandwich offer on them. To say that we were met with disdain & contempt from the manager for having the BOGO offers is an understatement. We had to listen to her complain about how she was going to get into trouble because she was honoring our McDonald's corporate approved deals. The associate who took our order was no better, as they acted as if everything was coming out of their pocket. She tried taking the onions off of my sandwiches, which I never said anything about & had to tell her to add them back on. When our orders were ready, she just placed them on the counter and called them out by number. Which would've been fine if either one of us had gotten a receipt for our order. Apparently they were making sure that weren't going to be able to get another BOGO offer on their watch! Got home to eat & of course there weren't any napkins in the bag. Why would I possibly need a napkin eating a McRib sandwich? They might have saved a few cents for the Fort Meade, FL McDonald's franchise tonight, but they lost a local customer. The McRib isn't available forever and Culver's just opened up a block away! Thanks for making this an easy decision!
