My wife & I stopped in here tonight since the McRib is back & we both had saved receipts with the BOGO sandwich offer on them. To say that we were met with disdain & contempt from the manager for having the BOGO offers is an understatement. We had to listen to her complain about how she was going to get into trouble because she was honoring our McDonald's corporate approved deals. The associate who took our order was no better, as they acted as if everything was coming out of their pocket. She tried taking the onions off of my sandwiches, which I never said anything about & had to tell her to add them back on. When our orders were ready, she just placed them on the counter and called them out by number. Which would've been fine if either one of us had gotten a receipt for our order. Apparently they were making sure that weren't going to be able to get another BOGO offer on their watch! Got home to eat & of course there weren't any napkins in the bag. Why would I possibly need a napkin eating a McRib sandwich? They might have saved a few cents for the Fort Meade, FL McDonald's franchise tonight, but they lost a local customer. The McRib isn't available forever and Culver's just opened up a block away! Thanks for making this an easy decision!

I rarely eat fast food. But sometimes when I’m at work I need something quick if I can’t make it back. I went to McDonald’s, which I stopped even considering because of all of these things.
1: I had a mobile order and it was still well over 25 minutes before they put my food up.
2: food was cold/gross not what I ordered.
My double quarter pounder had 1 lack-luster patty, it was cold and dry and the bun was hard. They couldn’t even put the effort in the place the onions on it, instead they were next to it in the box. My nuggets were cold and stale, no crunch when biting into them. My fries were a little cold but probably the best thing overall and still unacceptable.
They did re-make my burger so I gave two stars for service but I had to drive back up there.
They need to put the effort in to make it right the first time. It wasn’t even special they just clearly do not care what they’re sending out.
The replacement burger also took about 20-25 minutes once I got there and spoke with someone.
I will most likely give up on McDonald’s as this has been my experience more often than not the past 2-3 years.

Wir waren am 16.09.25 hier. Ein super nettes Team! Es war wirklich als ob man bei Freundinnen zu Besuch ist. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. BTW- das Essen war frisch zubereitet und in der berühmten MC Donalds Qualität. Die Filiale war sehr sauber , die Toiletten waren sehr sauber , Parkplätze vor der Tür vorhanden!
