The food itself was high-quality and amazing and this will be my new go to place for ordering breakfast. I am so happy to have Pura Vida Miami In my Fort Lauderdale neighborhood. Terrible service !! 20 mins for non kitchen order when the place is literally empty and no called in orders and not a simple apology but smirk !!! Terrible. You the management know who worked there at 4 pm today !! You are expanding and if you lose sight of what made you successful !!! Your business will be in trouble !! Count on it !!

If you order on their “app” for a to go item you won’t be charged a service fee, but if you go in and and order a to go item they charge you a service fee. Why should a customer be charged a service fee if they are not ordering on your app? One, this seems borderline like a scam to get your information, and if you don’t give it they charge you a “service fee” to place an order. Two, why is a to go order being charged a service fee? This is simply taking advantage of your customers, and quite frankly it’s not okay.
