Loved the capital one cafe! There was a promo going on during our visit. The employees were super friendly, the place was clean and comfy. People were working at work stations, music wasn’t super loud. Definitely a step up or two from Starbucks ☕️

One of the best Capital One Cafe’s I’ve ever been to! Super nice staff, excellent service, and drinks tasted great (shout out to Marissa, one of the employees, for being very helpful!). Highly recommend the cardamom ginger matcha latte while it is here for the season. Great ambiance and very clean place as well!

They keep the croissants in a fridge in a zip lock bag. Don't know how old are they. When you order one they take it out of the zip lock and heat it in an oven. Never seen anything like that.

I am officially not having capital one as my main bank anymore. There are some issues with my account and I was told I had to go in person in order to get it resolved. I wake up and go to this capital one Café in order to get my issue resolved and I go to get there early and when I get there, I'm told that that department doesn't open until 8 AM. There's nowhere online that says that the café opens at a different time than the actual banking department. There is nowhere online that says that the café opens at a different time than the actual banking department. So that is very inconvenient because going into a capital one is already difficult, and then to tell me that I have to wait is even more difficult and frustrating.
What is the point of opening up at 7 AM if the banking part of the capital one is not going to be open. The main purpose of the capital one café should be the banks part not the not the café. So this whole situation with my account as well as the inconvenience to talk to anybody in person and the hours is not clearly stating The difference between café hours and banking hours next this bank absolutely pointless. And to add that they're changing their debit cards to discover. I'm not going there anymore.

There’s a reason this place only has a 4.3 rating because they don’t care about their customers at the café. I had my sandwich remade for the second time as the morning lady was making it, she dropped it on top of the refrigerator by accident and then proceeded to use it and claimed that it only hit the paper when I clearly saw it hit the metal. I don’t like being lied to. The third attempt was not much better as instructions were still not followed! I asked for cream cheese on the bagel and I got next to nothing. The breakfast sandwich was expensive at $12 for one egg and one tiny piece of cheese. Do not come here for breakfast unless you want a horrible experience. The lunch crew is much better and way more attentive.
