Kim or kimberly if that is even her name ( the big black lady) , the night time manager is extremely rude.
She got loud with me , told me my orders were not ready when i know they are because the door dash app told me they were. Proceeded to tell me i need to wait outside when the lobby is open and it is current 47 degrees. Then told me to go through the drive through and then told me to go park in pick up, this is extremely ridiculous and she should not be in a management position.

This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever had the misfortune of going to. I rarely eat fast food anymore but go there when I have a craving. This summer I ordered a meal in the drive thru and it took over 15 minutes just to get my order started. They were having intercom issues, so that can happen. However my Big Mac was missing a patty and looked like it had been thrown together missing half the ingredients. Plus it was cold along with the fries and I only had to drive two blocks. I tossed the burger and went back to the store with my receipt to get a refund. The woman there said she could not give me a refund without seeing the burger. I showed he the burnt shrivelled up fries and she offered to get me another batch, but not get me another burger.
She treated me like I was trying to get an extra burger for free or something.
So I left and called the next day to explain what happened to the manager. Her name is "Lo" and she said next time I come back I would get a refund for my previous meal, and would get a free meal on top of that. I finally went back 3 months later and although their intercom issue was resolved, I again waited for at least 20 minutes with the line barely moving and it was about 3pm.
Several people just drove away it was so slow. I had my receipt from the previous time in the glove box, and ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese. When I pulled up to the window I explained that Lo said my meal was going to be free and I was to receive a refund. The woman with super long dreadlocks said she couldn't do it on a receipt that old and went to get he supervisor. Sure enough the same woman as before was saying she couldn't do it, and Lo wasn't there.
To make matters worse, she said if I wanted a free meal, it had to be a Big Mac, not a Quarter Pounder. I explained I was not in the mood for a Big Mac, and wanted a Quarter Pounder instead. We went back and forth until she finally relented and said drive to the next window.
Needless to say no refund was issued, and while they did provide me with a Quarter Pounder, when I bit into it, it was warm at best, and I bit into something real hard (harder than grissle). So I spit it out and looked at the meat which almost appeared grey in color. Needless to say I didn't take another bite, and boxed it back up to return with the remainder with only one bite missing.
When I got back to the store the line was even longer than before, so I just left. I ate the fries which were ok.
I don't know what I bit into, but nothing that hard should be in a burger.
Amelia Island is a resort town, and while all customers should be treated well (i.e. locals as well as tourists), you would assume they would have enough staff to take care of the amount of customers, and provide quality food prepared correctly. This location needs a lot of help and fast.

Very busy, but crew is arguing with each other, people yelling out drive thru window for cars to pull forward, didn't even know what my order was when I got to the window.
All around very disorganized.
