  I ordered delivery from a company that hires their own delivery drivers. They chose to bring in a DoorDash driver to deliver my order. This caused it to take an extra 40 minutes. The food arrived cold and I was glad I chose to pay with cash, because I wasn't paying for cold food, and told the driver to return it. I tried to call the store, was on hold for over 10 minutes before I gave up. Will never patronize this Pizza Hut again.

  I ordered 1 medium pepperoni 1 medium bacon and 1 large pepperoni and mushrooms and an order of bread sticks. All three of my pizza's were just pepperoni and never received my order of bread sticks. This isn't the first time this has happened. I didn't leave a review last time because I understand mistakes can be made but when it happens repeatedly it's irritating.

  Placed a delivery order. Stated delivery estimated at 424pm today. Wasn't delivered until 445 and the delivery driver never knocked on our door as we ended up seeing on our camera's. Pizzas were cold and wet when we found them 3 mins later. I have been trying to contact the store for 10+mins and have gotten nobody. After reviewing my cameras closer they used doordash to deliver my order. Even though I placed my order with the pizza hut website. I also tipped almost 25%. I guess I'm doing a charge back with my bank Update: never reached anybody on the phones even after waiting on hold for 25+ mins. In that time I posted this review and spoke with my bank to dispute the charge. Update 2: I did go to the pizza cares link the same day as nobody would answer the phone after 30mins. I was told I would receive a response within 3 business days from the store leadership. However, much like the phones I never received contact as stated. So I guess pizza hut and the store does in fact not care. Update 3: I still have yet to receive any communication from this store. Pizza hut cares team as reassured me at the beginning of the week that I would and apologized that I haven't. Clearly there is a lack of care at this restaurant and pizzahut as a whole. On top of all that my bank is telling me pizzahut is stalling the dispute of the transaction. I'll keep updating this review as it progressives. But obviously I'm never ordering from this particular store again. What a disaster this as all been 2.5 weeks after the initial issue
