Best experience I've had at a McDonald's in a long time. The manager Kaitlyn was kind and professional, the food was fresh, and the place was clean. The grinch meal was sold out, but Kaitlyn gave us leftover grinch salt for our fries, and it was SO GOOD!

I ordered a filet of fish meal the bread was so hard that you could use it for bongos it's a shame that when I got home I had to get my own bread and transfer fish and cheese to my burger bread

Do not go through the drive-thru and order from Deja! She does not know how to listen and take an order correctly and doesn't know what's on the menu, I ended up canceling my order all together for all of HER confusion. I see why this McDonald's has such a low rating, I recommend going to another McDonald's if you can!

They were very rude when my drink was made wrong. Charged us extra cuz they don't know how to make sweet tea! It was nasty and I was telling them to try it and the manager said absolutely not 🙄 paid the little 30 cents for the sweetener (which ive never heard of or had to do before) with im sure a side of spit with the big deal they were making it to be.

This place honestly sucks the staff is to worried about arguing with each other than making people's orders correctly. Everytime I come to this restaurant at this location something is always missing or wrong in my order it's really not that hard to read a paper and put the correct order this place is a mess with staff honestly and the managers do nothing but yell at there employees for taking breaks apparently
This store definitely needs to go through the training process again
