  What’s not to like? We had a sausage and egg empanada, a guava and cream cheese empanada, and two ACTUAL mugs of delicious lattes. We always search for locally-owned coffee shops that use REAL mugs when we travel— and The Wild Mug did not disappoint! Do yourself a favor and visit this charming spot.

  Amazing empanadas! We had the spicy beef and the delight beef...packed with so much flavor! A lot of meat, veggies, juicy... everything that you want in a empanada. We met Fausto the owner who is so attentive and caring. Oh he makes the empanadas from scratch...homemade! Highly recommended 👌. We will be regulars!

  The minute you open the front door, you are welcomed with a colorful wall representing the Wild Mugs and a beautiful glass display of their treats. If you are lucky, there won't be line of people waiting to place an order as this as you can just walk up and order right away. I usually order a Lavender Latte with either almond or oat milk as it would taste like fruit loops (recommendation of milk was from one of the workers). This is usually my go to drink from here but I changed it up and ordered the Butter Beer Latte with is delicious. Sadly, this on their "Holiday Menu" chalk board by the register but I hope it's one that will stick around for a while. It I'm coming to order some lunch with some coworkers or something for home, their empanadas are a must try. There are so many different options to choose from and each one has a different flavor profile. Highly recommend the Spicy Chicken and Beef as those are my fiancé favorites! When it comes to choosing from the glass display from muffin to tarts, you need to really take the minute and read everything that is displayed. There's so many to choose from that you might want more than one thing. I always get one their muffins as you taste and see the fruit ingredient(s) used, fluffy and moist. You can really tell that everything you are eating tastes made in-house. If you ever have the chance to check the hidden gem out, don't forget to check the chalk boards for other things they sell that might not be on the big menu, grab a cookie at the front counter, and the try the Creamy Italian Soda. You might just find your new favorite place for lunch or a quick snack!

  My girlfriend and I had an excellent experience having lunch at The Wild Mug. Immediately upon entering, you feel a cozey, inviting atmosphere. Vedha, our attentive barista, was helpful with knowledge and menu recommendations. I ended up having a pumpkin spice latte and delicious pesto turkey panini. My girlfriend had a ham and cheese panini and birthday cake muffin. The coffee tasted great, and we couldn't be happier with the prices. I certainly plan to return regularly when I'm in the Davie area!

  Surprisingly really packed for a Sunday morning around 11. Would be super beneficial if there was a sign or something that had come through the front door and moved to the left while you wait because it feels very overcrowded right by the front door. My iced caramel macchiato latte with a pump of white chocolate was very good. My husband got the beer, butter iced latte and gives it a four out of five. I will be back to work from this cozy cafe in the upcoming weeks ! I appreciate the response back from the company.
