  I called 3 times and the 3 times the staff hung up on me without giving me a chance to order. My husband went in person to order and a Cuban lady that took the order was rude. The customer service in this location needs to improve.

  I came in to wait for my ride to pick me up which was 20 minutes away i sat down and got on my phone not even 10 minutes later the general manager kicked me out because i didn’t order anything so i offered to buy something if i can wait for my ride and she gave me another excuse saying that because the cameras were on she could get in trouble if i stayed in the store. I’ve never heard that and honestly it blew my whole mood. Imagine minding your business and the store manager tells you to get out. Honestly i’m not eating Pizza Hut at all or at least for a very long while after that. Just wow

  This place is terrible. We ordered food for our workers but realized we placed it to this location instead of the one by the job we called as soon as we found out And tried to see if they can change the location or cancel the order for us. Any time we asked about changing or cancelling they would put us on hold or hang up. So now we had to have someone drive out the way to go get the pizza. The fact that they did that just to keep the money is ridiculous and if you think we will just leave an item we left there even worse. I would rather go get the pizza and give to the homeless. Whoever runs this place has taught the employees a terrible skill. Sad.

  So I ended up ordering the Cheez-It pizza and four sodas two of which were Pepsi and the other two were Dr Pepper. When they delivered my order they forgot the sodas and my cheese at pizzas were burned. I sent it back only for them to return with four Pepsi's and a Cheez-It Pizza that tasted really flowery. This isn't the first time that I've had terrible service from here but it will be the last

  Everything was good but the bacon pizza I ordered,more like fat and Gristle. I will never order bacon pizza again!🤢
