  The service was excellent, the prime rib and the steak were perfect. BUT ... I was disappointed by the Blomming Onion.(one of my faborite) it was OILY NOT CRISPY. I like the place. I WILL GO BACK AND GIVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE.

  We had a great experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Davie, Florida, thanks to our server Natalie. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Natalie was very knowledgeable about the menu, checked on us at just the right times, and made sure everything came out exactly as we ordered. Her positive attitude and professionalism really made our meal enjoyable. If you’re dining here, ask for Natalie — she truly makes a difference!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Outback Steakhouse that has ensured I will not return. I ordered a half rack of ribs and was mistakenly served a full rack. The server was kind and professional and told me it was fine to keep the full rack; she said she would only charge me for a half rack instead of the full rack. However, shortly after, the manager, Chris, came out from the back holding a plate and demanded the other half of the ribs. In a snarky and accusatory tone, he said, “I wouldn’t want you to eat anything you didn’t pay for.” His behavior completely contradicted what the server had already approved and was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. Rather than handling the restaurant’s mistake discreetly and respectfully, he made me feel as though I was trying to scam the restaurant over a piece of food. His tone and actions were unnecessary and inappropriate. What made this experience especially upsetting is that we were there to celebrate New Year’s Eve and the completion of my chemotherapy treatment—an important and meaningful milestone for me. His behavior ruined what should have been a positive and memorable evening. This situation could have been handled with basic professionalism and courtesy. Instead, it left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome. Because of this experience, I will never return to Outback Steakhouse.

  Absolutely unacceptable service We waited over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged. When the server, Natalie, finally came to the table, she told us that our table did not even have a server assigned and that she would “do what she could” because she was working on the other side of the restaurant. That alone already set the tone for the rest of the visit. We were never offered water, the drinks took another 10+ minutes, and the food also arrived very late. When the food finally came, it was brought out without any utensils. We were left sitting there with our food until the hostess passed by and helped us, because no server ever checked on us. To make it worse, my pasta arrived with only a spoon. Throughout the entire meal, no one came back to the table. I eventually had to track down a manager just to get a to-go box, because the server never returned. This was an extremely disorganized, careless, and frustrating experience. Customers should not have to chase staff for basic service. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place at all.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Davie. I’ve ordered the Tasmanian Chili many times at other locations — Coral Springs, Fort Lauderdale, and even while on a work assignment in New York. I fell in love with this chili specifically because it’s spicy, steak-based, no beans, and packed with tender steak bites, which is what makes it so good. This was my first time at the Davie location, and the chili I received had no steak bites at all. This is now the third time I’ve ordered it here. After bringing it to management’s attention, the replacement I received still wasn’t right. While it appears some meat was added, it’s clearly not the same steak normally used in the Tasmanian Chili. The consistency and quality are completely different from every other Outback I’ve been to. At this point, I can’t even enjoy it, which is frustrating because this dish is the reason I ordered it in the first place. Very disappointed and not what I expect from Outback.
