Something happened with their system, and it didn't show up, but on my phone, I had proof that I paid. She told me she was giving me my order "for free," which I had already paid for. After that, when they were giving me my food, she told the girl to give me everything so I could leave. Horrible service, especially since this is my go-to McDonald's. This can't happen again when the error is on your end, not mine.

The wonderful Colombian lady at the second window proceeded to hand me a medium meal, and had the nastiest attitude and argued with me after I brought up the fact I paid for it to be large.
