I made an order through the mobile app and went to this location to pick up my order through the drive-thru. Once I arrived, there was already a long line and while waiting there, the line only got longer behind me. Once I reached the speaker and told the associate my order number I immediately received a “HUH”.. once I responded with my order number again. The associate told me that he didn’t have an order for that code and asked if I had the right restaurant. Once I told him that I did and that I had already checked in on the app he told me he was going to check the front of the store to see if it had been put there for pick up. I told him that I had chosen drive-thru and I am at the correct restaurant. He then told me to drive around the drive-thru line again to see if the order would show up on their system. I kindly refused and told him that the line was already long and I was not going to make the line again. He told me to pull up to the second window and once he did, the associate named Phillip was there with his manager Brian (or Ryan, he was not very clear) and they told me that they have nothing for me in the system. I tried to show them my order on the phone and tried to explain to them that they have already charged me and I have a physical order number so they should have it. The manager gave me one rude response and didn’t even give one glance to my order receipt on my phone. Once he saw the situation was more difficult than he was able to handle he walked away and left me there to wait and closed the window on me. A few moments later, Phillip opened the window and stayed silent. I asked him what I was supposed to do now because they charged me and they are not wanting to help me. He had no response, no desire to help me, did not even look at me. He only kept telling me to exit the app..I asked him what I was supposed to do to cancel the order or get a refund or to fix the situation and all he would do was give me the run around and basically tell me he didn’t know. In the end I had to leave the drive thru line with no refund or food. This has been the most dissatisfying situation I have ever experienced at a McDonald’s. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been treated very poorly and the customer service is atrocious. Disgusting behavior.

I am writing to formally report a series of extremely concerning incidents that occurred at your location on September 21st, and the subsequent lack of resolution.
On the evening of September 21st, I visited the drive-thru. Upon returning home, I discovered my order was incorrect, which unfortunately is a recurring issue at this location. When I returned to the restaurant to rectify the order, I was initially ignored by staff. After gaining attention, I was met with unprofessional and dismissive behavior, including a staff member texting on her phone and a manager who ignored my requests for her name while on a personal call. My correct order was eventually brought to me, but the manager slammed the bag so hard that caused the sauce to explode.
What followed was far more alarming. After taking a picture to report the incident to corporate, a manager allegedly called someone who then attempted to hit my car in the parking lot. This individual then pursued me in their truck at speeds exceeding 100 mph, forcing me to run red lights to reach the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. Upon leaving the police department, the same truck reportedly circled looking for me and attempted to pursue me again.
This level of aggression and dangerous behavior from individuals associated with your establishment is unacceptable and puts lives at risk. I have reported this incident to the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. I am deeply disturbed that a corporation would tolerate such conduct. While thankfully no one was hurt, the potential for serious harm was immense.
I have attempted to complain to corporate previously without resolution. I urge you to investigate these incidents thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of your customers and prevent such egregious behavior from recurring.
That link you responded with is a joke. Someone called said they would investigate call me back and nothing. I even called and text and nothing. WAY TO GO MCDONALDS you will see a lawsuit soon.
