  night staff is disgustingly rude. looked through the other reviews and this seems super common. the shift i encountered was hispanic ladies around 1am. they were extremely rude, short tempered, and definitely did NOT want to be there. from the moment i got to the speaker to the window. attitude and mean looks. no clue if management sucks or just the team. either way there definitely needs to be a change. seems way too common from these reviews. this location sucks

  I came in after a long New Year’s shift, completely exhausted and starving, just trying to get something to eat because I hadn’t eaten all day. From the moment I started ordering, I felt rushed and dismissed mind you it was completely empty it's almost 1 in the morning. I asked for a small fry and was still thinking when the girl cut me off and told me to pull ahead. When I added a small Dr Pepper, she took it as if I no longer wanted fries at all. At the next window, the employee was on her phone, scrolling right in front of me. I had to excuse myself multiple times just to get her attention. When I finally checked my bag, my fries were missing. When I spoke up, I was told I “didn’t order fries,” and another employee started yelling from the back, saying I didn’t know what I was talking about. That was humiliating and unnecessary. I stayed calm and even said it was fine if they forgot—I’d just pay for them. They gave me fries, but they weren’t even cooked all the way, and the attitude I got made me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply asking for what I ordered. I was already tired, hungry, and overwhelmed, and this experience just made everything worse. I get that people are tired and busy on holidays, but basic respect and kindness matter. This was really disappointing.

  Would give zero stars if I could. Whoever was working at 3AM on 12/30/25 shouldn’t have a job. I did a mobile order at about 2:45 and got to the place around 3 and sat at the speaker for 25 mins with nobody answering before I cancelled my order and left. I was not the only person there either and nobody’s orders were taken. How do you just stop taking orders or talking to anyone at a 24hour place!? I’ve worked at a McDonald’s before and would have been fired on the spot. Absolutely ridiculous

  Quiero dejar constancia de mi total molestia y decepción por la pésima atención recibida en el turno nocturno de su establecimiento. Realicé un pedido a través de la aplicación oficial de McDonald’s, el cual fue debidamente pagado, y al llegar al local el personal se negó a entregarme mi pedido. El trato fue poco profesional, desinteresado y negligente, como si el hecho de haber pagado por la aplicación no tuviera ningún valor. En ningún momento verificaron el pedido o actuar con el mínimo respeto hacia el cliente. Esta situación es inaceptable, especialmente tratándose de una cadena internacional que presume estándares de calidad y servicio. Es indignante perder tiempo y dinero por la falta de compromiso del personal nocturno, quienes parecían no tener intención alguna de cumplir con su trabajo. Este tipo de conductas dañan gravemente la imagen de la empresa y dejan claro que no existe un control adecuado durante el turno de noche. Que se tomen medidas concretas para evitar que otros clientes pasen por esta misma experiencia. No es justo que uno cumpla con el pago y aun así sea tratado con indiferencia.

  This person and his manager on duty are detestable for the attention to the public the McDonald's says 24 hours and they cancel all the cars with orders and send them to leave the place they lock the window and leave the customer talking alone
