They do an excellent job of providing South American food and infusing slight touches of Japanese fusions. We both LOVED our fresh juices - maracuya & mint lemonade. Very refreshing and perfectly balanced. My husband’s favorite food was the quesadillas and mine were the corvina boa buns (it has this surprising ginger puree in their tartar sauce making it a very tropical taste). I would NOT recommend causa gabadora roll. The shrimp was delicious but the roll fell apart while trying to pick it up with chopsticks and the rest of the roll just didn’t taste good to me. Everything else was good.
