Perfect for coffee. Got a cortado and latte and they were very good but a bit on the expensive side. Coffee price was commensurate with quality. Employees were very friendly as well. I’ll be back!

EDITING TO ADD: Their response is ridiculous. “Exceptional service”, you know what would have been exceptional service? Putting my sandwich on a croissant. What a joke of a reply and it really confirms my original review. Do not spend your money here. NOPE. 5% mandatory SERVICE FEE and they can’t put my sandwich on a croissant? Won’t be back. $15 breakfast sandwich, I just wanted it on a croissant instead of a bagel. They refused - so weird. Lunch was $55 and what’s the a MANDATORY 5% service fee for? We ordered ourselves at the counter. It’s so cringe when companies force patrons to pay their employees proper wage. Food was fine but nothing to write home about. Shame as I live nearby and would have come more often but was too an annoying first experience.

I worked in the restaurant & hospitality industry for most of my life. I am disappointed with this company, for automatically adding a 5% service charge on all orders including take out orders, when i ask for a little of honey in my latte, they don’t give it to me unless i pay extra for it! This is bad business. I usually tip 20%+ but when you make me tip with no choice on a take out order and you don’t provide the service for it. Losing my business. Last time i go there. This is not about the service charge being included, this is about asking for a little honey as sweetener for a latte, the server refusing to do it unless i lay extra for it.

We paid $71 for two dishes and drinks. We left hungry for that huge price becouse this is just a bistro. The kids were served three small cupcakes that called Sweet Petite Pancakes for $16.95. Half the items on the menu were missing.

This is the second time my husband and I have dined here and felt unwell afterward. The chicken bowl was tasteless, extremely poorly made, and tasted like styrofoam. The food is expensive for what it offers. The restaurant is beautiful and the service is very good, but the food alone isn't worth the hype.
