    the no one‘s here speak English only speak. Spanish had a roach on my drink. Did not apologize. Did not say sorry just snatched the drink out of my hand and replaced it and did not even fill the drink up. Did not offer anything. I don’t even think the lady spoke English to even apologize that it was a roach on my drink then I tell them that my food was cold, snatched the food and caught an attitude that I want my food to be replaced and it’s all in the drive-through had to go into the Store just to get a replacement such a nasty place need new employees the ones that can speak English

    Este es El peor macdonald q he visitado. Te sirven las órdenes mal. Es q no una vez es siempre. La espera es de horas tienes q decirle por favor porq sino andan en sus cosas y se olvidan d los clientes. Esto mejoro hace un tiempo atrás pero ya otra vez esta hecho un caos.. la verdad q el dueño d este local debería evaluar a quien se contrata porq es un verdadero desastre.. y no ws con un solos clientes es con todo. Había una persona q llevaba mas de 30 minutos solo esperando un helado y sino es pq reclama todavía estuviera esperando.

    Terrible service!!!! Lady made me wait while she walked back and forth 5x for a refill and then complained to her coworkers that I "cant wait" when I asked another worker since she couldn't help me. Restaurant was not busy at all. Absolutely rude and ridiculous. Look at your staff closely, this lady has zero customer service skills. Picture of the lady with the nasty attitude attached.

    The young manager was not friendly when we confirmed our order at the window. The portions were not normal and the Sprite was just soda water. It was gross.
