  Yuk. Dirty. Got my order wrong. Way wrong! Workers were sloppily dressed. They were not rude, just slow to acknowledge me and not in a hurry to walk from point A to point B. This location used to be much better. Lobby area and bathrooms were lacking cleanliness.

  Always a long line in the drive through. Food is usually hot, but a couple of times, the fries were cold.

  Grossest McDonald's I've ever gone to. Bathroom not cleaned in a good while. Restaurant floors not shiny and trash such as old receipts and opened straw paper laying on the counter. Random napkins in floor and on counter. No one who worked there spoke to me the entire time. I literally came to the counter and the lady pointed at a piece of paper that said use kiosk. I said no maam I'm paying with cash. She never said a word - just took my order and when the food arrived, it wasn't anywhere close to fresh. You can tell it had been under a lamp for a while. While waiting on the food to come out, the lady who took my order put her fingernail in her mouth and proceeded to pick at her teeth. I said "no no no" and luckily another employee heard me and walked up. The tooth picker just walked away and the other lady handed me my food. Absolutely disgusted. I know it likely happens everywhere but when you see it live and in person - just cant deal! Unfortunately they didn't give me a receipt with a survey code but I plan to follow up more with McDonalds directly. This place is disgusting and needs some major clean up and etiquette training!

  I had a really good experience at this McDonald’s and felt like it deserved a solid review. The place was clean, well organized, and didn’t have that rushed or chaotic feeling some fast food spots get. The staff was friendly and patient, even during a busy stretch, and my order came out accurate and hot. Fries were fresh and crispy, burgers were put together properly, and everything tasted exactly how it should. I also appreciated how quick the service was without feeling sloppy or careless. The dining area was maintained well, and it made stopping in feel comfortable instead of just a grab-and-go situation. For a reliable, consistent meal at a fair price, this McDonald’s definitely delivers and does its job right.
