When I questioned it, she said I don't have a screen back there. How in a right mind is this the customer's problem?

Order was wrong, tables were sticky from not getting cleaned and workers (stretch) walked around like zombies trying harder to avoid customers than they were filling orders. McDonald's new approach to no customer interactions will prove to be their destruction. 60 years growing up with them...I'm done. Will never darken the doors of a McDonald's again. This location was the last nail in the coffin. I DID read your response and it was the same one you've "auto-responded" to every negative review here. I guess, once you've gotten so big and run an interstate location whereby every customer will most likely not be back, you don't have to worry about improvement. Guess what? We have McDonald's when we get home and we don't have to patronize them either. Try improvement...you owe it to the world that built this empire.
