Street seating is especially enjoyable on a nice day with neighborhood feel and pedestrians just going about their day. Area is very clean, with several street cleaners coming by. Parking is paid, street parking so can get filled up but at 8 in the morning on the Saturday we were here that was not an issue.

I had the SUPER GREENS superfood smoothie with spinach, kale, cucumber, ginger, celery, pineapple, green apple and lemon. Very nice and healthy. The addition of ginger gave it a nice spicy kick. Very relaxing. Staff were friendly and pleasant.

The açai ball was very disappointing (flavorless frozen fruit), to be honest. Coffee was good and the wraps and chips were great. I'm rating 4 because of the atmosphere, it is perfect to work and the place is beautiful, the bathrooms are clean and the staff is very nice.
