Luckily we ordered online and ours was ready but we didn’t get it till 10 minutes late and the guy in front of us who wanted to just place an order waited for 10 minutes only to find out that it was going to take 40 to 50 minutes to get a pizza. They were busy making pizzas, but it was a strange experience. Probably a nice guy, but just needed a little more customer service training.
