  As far as McDonald’s go, this one is not the best. The vibe was bad. There was no customer service at all and the people in the back were screaming and yelling the whole time.

  DO NOT do a Curbside pick up in this location unless you want to be parked there until next day.. they took almost 30 min to bring my food and the there was no line in the drive thrue... unbelievable.... never again if you like curbside I recommend the next McDonalds closed to wawa the service is better and Faster... ohhh almost forgot 30 min for only 2 happy meals...

  Literally the worst McDonald's on the planet. Id give this 0 stars if I could. Slowest service I've ever experienced, food sat on the counter getting cold for 30 mins while we waited on nuggets. Staff standing around doing nothing apart from talking plus no cupholders so an order for 6 had 6 loose cups in the car

  The customer service is extremely off point. There is definitely not enough employees to cover the demand of the customers. Maybe McDonald's needs to look at there Employment policies.

  No drive-thru in practice, even though the app lets you order from it. They literally have garbage cans blocking the lane and don’t tell you. You end up having to go inside, then convert your order at the counter, and nobody explains anything. So you’re just standing there waiting around for 20 minutes with no direction. On top of that, the staff was messing around instead of paying attention to customers. Service was slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. I customized my burgers and not a single thing came out right. Asked for no salt on the fries—got salt anyway. Zero attention to detail. For what McDonald’s costs now, this is ridiculous. You have one job—pay attention and get the order right. Needs serious management and accountability.
