  Giving 3 stars for my food because I’m hoping they didn’t do anything to my food! We did a mobile order and went through the drive through but no one ever came to help us. Upon driving around to the window, we saw the employees gathered together drinking ice coffees laughing and talking as opposed to helping those at the drive thru. I inquired as to whether or not the drive through was broken because no one ever came them told me it was not broken and to go back around. I refused to go back around as I was simply picking up a mobile order and had already waited for some time but no one ever came. They instructed me to pull up for my order: 3 McFlurrys and a large fry. I’m now hoping they didn’t do anything to my order out of spite as we have been (yet again) waiting for awhile. Probably won’t be coming to this McDonalds again. Well after waiting for so long i ended up going inside. My ice creams were just sitting. They ended up giving me my large fry not filled completely, not hot, and salty as hell despite me asking for light salt and I had to request my mcflurries be remade as they were melted. Very much want my $29 back. I also watched several people that were behind me get served with way more food than what I ordered. Hence me going inside. Awful customer service. Awful food. Very unhappy.

  Service is poor. Garbage is overflowing and garbage is everywhere because the is no place in the garbage can. I nicely try to tell that is to much garbage but the answer is come like; That it? They make food very slowly. This place use to be nice , but not anymore.

  Honestly this was one of my worst Mcdonalds experiences. I ordered on the app and was in the mobile pick up parking spot and it took 15 minutes for them to bring us our food while everyone in the drive through just went by. There was peices of lettuce at the bottom of my fries and they forgot straws. Forgot to mention both the ice cream and the frozen fanta machines were shut down. They gave me diet coke when I order regular coke. I went inside and the lady inside at the register was on her phone.DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION

  I ordered fries through doordash as 3:02am on chrostmas, I got burnt fries that were hard as a rock. I dont mean they got cold and then hard. They were warm and HARD, which means they gave me old dried up fries on purpose. What a lazy store, like I paid for this. They should put more effort or quit if they cant even work at mcdo alds correctly.

  I will start by saying...the food was incredible and everything came fresh and hot! I have only had a chicken burger that good from Popeyes and I think the nuggets were the best I have ever had from a fast food restaurant or a McDonalds--anywhere. The staff members were friendly and patient. It was lunch time and the restaurant was moderately busy but to be honest the wait time was a little bit confusing. We didn't have a huge order and we had to wait over fifteen minutes in the parking lot to have our food delivered to the car.
