- JMJake MNov 1, 20251.0Yeah, I'll never come back here. Came here 11/1/25 @ 12:30 P.M For starters the building should have been a warning itself. Should have trusted my instinct and kept clear. The place looks like a dump. It's obvious they're milking the joint for every day they can to cut costs. HVAC units on the roof scream "We don't care". Burger was not warm or hot. Fries tasted like burnt oil, no salt. The Coke straight up tasted like there's lemon in it? I didn't ask for that. Weird.. Staff are babbling about bad reviews or some such with the window wide open. I get it, days can be challenging. Close the window though, if you're going to talk about things customers shouldn't be hearing. I take full responsibility for experiencing this horrid chain of poor food and service events. I shouldn't even be eating this slop to begin with. However, Wendy's does taste good when made correctly; and I wanted what I thought would be a treat. This was a mistake I won't make twice. I should take cade of myself more and not place my body in the firing line of crap food. That nearly cold burger could have harbored some sort of bacteria. I'll know in a couple days. Thank God I only took a couple bites and gave the rest to the birds.. This place needs to be torn down, rebuilt and also re-staffed.
