- BHBrian HookDec 24, 20253.0advertised price on tv not the same. To clarify about ad on tv, It says Any crust on a large pizza with 3 toppings for $10. So I orded deep dish crust. I was charged $1 more. I thought it was because I didn't order online. However when I went online to see it would be the tv ad price, online ordering showed a $1 bump added. I looked to see if any other crusts had an upcharge. The stuffed crust if ordered would have a $2 bump added. So the tv ad currently running is not correct. When the ad says ANY crust and 3 toppings for $10, no bump in price (whether $1 or $2) should be added. It's like switch and bait. So what do businesses do to rectify the issue to make the customer happy to resolve issue? What can customer do to help business find a solution? Well in most instances customers can make sure tv news stations hear about the advertisement and the sneaky upcharge.. Then the business has to fix problem with what is called damage control. What would that mean? Well the business could offer a big discount to get customer back in. Then on the ad running on tv, either apologize for mistake and include the 2 crusts that are upcharged. If nothing is done, the customer can always purchase from pizza competitors and this hurts pizza hat's future bottom line. I've added pics here to show both crust upcharged so anyone can see this review is legit. If you have questions, feel free to reply.

It was so overcooked you could barely identify the toppings, I don't think there was any cheese on it, and to say it was luke warm would be very generous. Such a disappointment.
- CCCrystalDec 10, 20251.0I ordered delivery, 2 pizzas, 1 order of bread sticks, 1 order of cheesy bread. I got the cheese pizza and the bread delivered together. The pepperoni and black olive pizza was delivered separately. The pep pizza was cold upon delivery and was brought to my house almost 20 minutes after the first one. The shift manager Jerry acted like I was beneath him and he doesn't care about the customer. I went into the store where he begrudgingly replaced the bad pizza without apology. Top pizza in photo is fresh, bottom is bad one, dry and cold.
