I ended up hanging up and calling back. And lastly, what a horrible pizza. Not to mention the false advertising of the big New Yorker. It's just a cheaply made 14" cut into 6 pieces instead of 8.

One order we were sent the wrong wings-no worries-things happen. Called the store and guy was super nice. Said my account would be credited. Never was. This evening we go to pick up our order, get it home and it’s wrong. Ordered sausage and mushroom; half the pizza was to have onion, green peppers, and black olives. Not only is there no sausage-there’s jalapeños on it. Ok-call store and all they can do is credit my PIZZA HUT account or remake. No option to credit my credit card. The fact they failed to credit my account previously for wings didn’t give me a trusting feeling they’d actually follow through and credit my account and the mere fact I can’t get my original form of payment back is so wrong. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me. So here I am-writing a review with my wrong pizza going in the trash. Y’all need to figure out what’s going on in your store and get priorities straight and for the love of God-GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If I ever have to buy chain store garbage pizza again-I will drive clear across town to avoid this location!!
