All they were doing is being on their phone and give nasty attitude. The nuggets are way past their time allowable for customers to be served. The employees have an attitude all the time. They refuse to give me my veterans discount when I use the McDonald's app. This establishment is in dire need of a complete overhaul of the management, the employees and what the standard is supposed to be when serving paying customers

Also we ordered a chicken sandwich and it was not in our bag. So someone didn't get to eat dinner. Then when I tried calling about 20 times it was busy. When it finally rang... it rang and rang and rang finally it got disconnected. So here I am missing food and food my kids couldn't eat and they can't even answer the phone.
