- DDdeanne6 days ago1.0Took 20 minutes to get our order. When we finally got it, the pancakes were cold, the biscuit was old, and the eggs were not the quality you get in other McDonald's. The rest of the order was wrong but they did correct it quickly. During our stay they continuously flooded all the floors while mopping and left standing water for customers to try to walk through. This went on the entire time we were there. We will drive past this McDonald's and go to the one on Hancock Bridge in the future.

The staff claimed the order was already started but how was a menu item started that they weren’t serving? Do not go here!

I asked for a refund and was given a refund without any apology or explanation as to why my order was never fulfilled. Johnathon and Harrison were the managers and they just didn’t care about the mess. There was orders dropped on the floor, food all over the floor, just a mess and no service. This isn’t my first bad experience here, at this point i’m not even surprised, it’s become the expectation at this point.
