- PHPappy HammondDec 29, 20253.0Hello, We ordered delivery for a stromboli at 6:56 P.M. The girl who took my phone order stated it would be 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes. At 8:23 I called to inquire about the delivery. The same girl who took my order stated "it just came out of the oven and the driver is on her way back to pick up my order. I asked why it's taking so long. She said she wasn't sure, it's possible someone else got your order but I don't know. At 8:26 the girl called me back and apologized that my order was still in the oven. And the driver is there waiting for my order to deliver. The driver Karen contacted me when she was on her way. She explained everything. My order was given to someone else who did not pay. So I had to wait 2 hours for delivery. So the girl who I spoke with knew my order was given to someone else. No one has offered a refund for the restaurants error. Karen was awesome and is the reason I am leaving 3 stars. The stromboli was average. Lacked cheese. I feel it was thrown together to get the order filled after their mistake. Karen brought us a slixe of cheesecake that she paid for to accommodate the restaurants error. Please see my photos.
