The girl who took my order was rude because once again the speaker or headset isn't working. I also waited approximately 10 minutes for one frozen coffee. A new building isn't going to help this store.

Has been messed up the past three visits. Ordered green tea, got black tea instead. Ordered a cold brew ( no cold foam) with sugar free flavors, they added cold foam full of sugar on it. Egg and cheese muffin was so burnt it had to be thrown out 🫠

I’m not dealing with rude employees, if you want donuts, go to dough J’s , if you want coffee go to Starbucks, both within a half a mile of this location. You’ll get far superior product and the employees actually aren’t rude.

They had to redo a frozen hot chocolate that wasn't even frozen, and they put whipped cream even after telling them no to it. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The bagle was half the size of a normal bagel, the size of my palm. The bacon egg and cheese was on a croissant, the croissant and the bacon were both burnt.
