Once I went inside to get our order, it was wrong. Part of the order was missing and the bagels didn’t have cream cheese that we asked and paid for. The employees there did not seem to care at all how frustrated the patrons were. For a company as large as DD, management needs to do better to improve this store.

As long I never have to go when that girl in morning shift works ill keep the 4 stars would've 5 if the morning girl wasn't so rude or left lol
