Why is it when a store has a bunch of deals going on like buy one get ones the store won't accept them and you can't even apply them but other abide by it. Doordash and higher ups a restaurant and food industries need to figure something out. Also it clearly states 2 hush puppies come with a platter and 2 sides. You know how many times I got my hush puppies? None. And I order alot of doordash. Just saying.

Management cares and handles issues well. I had a problem with the app and got first hand, almost immediate response and satisfaction from the Store and Area Managers. Don't be in too much of a hurry, because it isn't exactly "fast" food, but it IS cooked to order and always delicious with a great value.
