  i ordered a number 6 (2 ranch snack wrap combo) and a mcchicken. i paid, and was handed a bag of fries and a kids meal box. i said, i think you got the wrong order, the worker proceeded to ask me to wait at next window. that was a 25 minute wait. then finally came to the 3rd window where i was waiting and asked if i had the 40 piece mcnuggets, i said no im waiting on my 2 snackwrap combo, then had to wait more. after all that i was still missing my mcchicken. had to go around and pull in, go inside just to get what i ordered, again while workers were joking and playing instead of working and not only that while ordering food and paying at 1st window. workers were more concerned about laughing and having a good time instead doing job. Very upsetting i had to wait for food to be corrected while they laughed and joked when i was trying to order and pay.

  I can say after all my experiences at mcdonalds this one is the worse iv been to. So if we do curbside we can expect to usually have to go inside to get our own food because they never come out with it this has happened twice iv given up since. Came today for breakfast the food was cold they didnt give us the hot coffee and the lady went to tend to someone else so we had to ask her to come back and give the hot coffee. Then she didnt give us a drink carrier and instantly walked away. Which has cause my bf to drop the hot coffee on himself otw out big rip they are the only one in belleview.

  Excessive wait time, the monitor doesn't work so you can't see if your order is up there and every employee acts like they don't see you. Lobby full of people and employees talking to each other pretending like we're not there. Everything except the hash brown was cold. The tables and the seats were dirty. Don't waste your money, $10 for a big breakfast and a drink, you can definitely go somewhere else for the same price and get better service and better food.

  When someone puts in a delivery order they want ketchup packets put the ketchup up packets in the bag and dont say its the delivery person's job no it isn't 1st of all they are NOT allowed to open the bag to make sure you put everything you were supposed to put in it they have to assume you actually read what was in the entire order we put the order in through you its your employees job to make sure the order is complete 3x now no ketchup packets put in even though you offer them on the sight and they are marked. For those that want to say this is a dumb thing to complain about when you order something and do not get it or a way to you get frustrated all I am asking for is a person read an entire order as that is their exact job
