  Randi was very generous ! Passed by our table about 3-4 times and stopped each time to make sure everything was okay and that the food was good . With a very nice smile . God bless the food and experience was awesome for my first time

  Extremely disappointed with Pura Vida Aventura. On November 9, I placed an order through Uber Eats at 11:32 AM. Within two minutes — literally by 11:34 AM — I realized the delivery address was wrong and cancelled immediately. I then placed a new, correct order. Yet somehow, Pura Vida managed to charge me twice — once for the correct order and again for the cancelled one, which they claim was already “prepared.” It’s impossible that food could be fully made and charged for within two minutes. I was charged $209.08 for a cancelled order that was never delivered. That’s just taking advantage of customers. I reached out to Uber Eats, but they said it’s the policy and refused to help. If this is how Pura Vida handles quick cancellations — by keeping people’s money for food that was never prepared and delivered — it’s completely unethical. Be very careful ordering from this location. They do not act in good faith, and customer service is non-existent when you try to fix their mistakes. This is updated reply to the owner: I already reached out to Pura Vida multiple times, including your CustomerCare email. I was told that you “cannot help” and that “everything must be handled by UberEats.” At the same time, UberEats confirmed that Pura Vida accepted and charged the cancelled order, which means the payment is going to your location, not to Uber. So being asked to “reach out again” does not solve anything — I’ve already done that, and the result was a complete denial of responsibility from your side. The facts remain: • The order was placed at 11:32 AM • It was cancelled at 11:34 AM • No food was prepared or delivered • Yet I was still charged $209 for a cancelled order I’ve given Pura Vida every opportunity to resolve this situation directly, but nothing was done. At this point, it is clear that Pura Vida is choosing not to correct an unfair charge for an order cancelled within two minutes. Unacceptable. Of course it is probably difficult to return easy money you get unfairly. I appreciate your response here, but your team already had the chance to address this — and refused.

  First time at a Pura Vida location. Enjoyed the pumpkin spice latte with almond milk and the avocado toast. I love that there were a couple vegan pastries options as well (the vegan banana bread was so yummy)!
