  On the evening of November 12th, my family and I visited this McDonald's. We sat down to eat inside; it was empty, meaning there was only one other person who arrived later to wait for their takeout order. The employee took almost an hour to call me to bring my food; she never brought it to our table. The tables were dirty—poor hygiene. While I was eating, I noticed something was wrong because the meat was tough, and when I opened the chicken sandwich, to my surprise, the McCrispy patty was old and dark. The Quarter Pounder with Cheese was raw. I asked the employee for a receipt, and she was very rude, telling me she couldn't give it to me because she had to deliver the drive-thru orders. Nos sentamos a comer dentro; estaba vacío, lo que significa que solo había otra persona que llegó más tarde para esperar su pedido para llevar. La empleada tardó casi una hora en llamarme para entregarme la comida a mi, nunca la trajo a nuestra mesa. Las mesas estaban sucias pobre higiene. Mientras comía, noté que algo andaba mal porque la carne estaba dura, y cuando abrí el sándwich de pollo, para mi sorpresa, la carne McCrispy estaba vieja y oscura.   If you come any time after one o'clock, they say they're closed until breakfast, even though it says they're 24/7.... yes I am waiting on a customer care complaint reply

  Horrible service!! Super slow !! Take then about 15 min to take and order in the drive thru. Save some time and don’t come to this location.

  I pulled up to the drive-thru and got greeted by the pink-haired power ranger of attitude working the window. Her bun was tighter than the service and that’s saying something because I don’t think she could crack a smile if her paycheck depended on it. She looked at me like I interrupted her mid–TikTok scroll just for daring to order food at a fast-food place. My fries were colder than her personality, and my drink had more ice than she had patience. If management’s goal was to hire people who make you rethink your life choices mid-order, congratulations mission accomplished. Next time I want to be judged and ignored, I’ll just call my ex.

  Very disappointing experience. The employees here were extremely rude and unprofessional. If you don’t enjoy your job, that’s no reason to take it out on customers. I came in expecting decent service and basic courtesy, but instead left frustrated. Management really needs to address the attitude and customer service at this location.
