Just came from this McDonald and when our family came home his burger had onions he asked for lettuce not onions he is allergic to onions that would of been a trip to the ER so he want back gave him another burger he gets home and they forgot to put the dang on bacon we do not live across the street at this point he threw the dam big Mac in the garbage a waste of my money never again

Mobile Orders this McDonald is the worse. I went there randomly different days and time and when I place an order I always have to get out and get it on the counter and no one apologizes or recognizes there mistakes. Is like there are so big they don’t care about their customers. … I just drive to the next closest one they Are always very serviceable and quick. Customer Service is changing everywhere to the bad service… unfortunately!

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever gone to as a customer and a delivery driver. You have to wait half an hour to get the attention of a worker and when you finally do you're met with attitude. Came to pick up a delivery at 7pm and the workers were all over the place, forgetting customers in the drivethrough and ignoring customers who are waiting for help. One worker was going around mad, yelling because people were continuing to come inside after she had kept locking the doors with people still inside so obviously those people had to unlock the doors to exit. Came back at 10pm for another delivery and noticed how an employee had to unlock the door for another employee. Considering what happened at 7pm, and the scene at the door, I assumed doors were locked, because why would you lock the doors at 7pm, turn everybody who came in telling them to go through drive through because your lobby is closed, to then open it back up at 10pm? That makes no sense. Waited at the drive through for over 15 minutes to be told at the second window (not even the first who was also told I was picking up a delivery) that the doors were apparently open and that I had to come inside to pick it up. When I asked if she could just hand it to me considering they locked the doors earlier, were seen unlocking them for an employee and locking them afterwards, and had been waiting at the drive through when they could have said at the speaker that deliveries must be picked up inside, the girl at the window gave me attitude, stating "well the doors unlocked now so you can walk inside." Never seen a more disfuncional shift.
Edit: After contacting Uber and explaining all that happened, they stated they had had two other complaints WITHIN THE HOUR. Do with this information as you please, but highly recommend you skip this McDonald's.
