- BHBarbara HarrisNov 8, 20255.0We went in for the first time last night. Picked a bone in rib eye. Not cheap-but one steak we felt was enough for two adults, as we were having salad and potatoes. Grilled the steak over a charcoal grill and hands down was the best steak we had ever had. Tender, I mean cut it with a fork tender. Savory, decadent and mesmerizing. Not sure if this was a one off or what, but we went silent finishing this steak off. Still can’t figure out how Southern Steer can produce this kind of nirvana. But I’m hooked.
