First off how about going over the order to confirm accuracy instead of repeating “is that it?” Then give a pissy ATTITUDE because you messed up our order!! We’ve frequent Aunt Berta’s Kitchen in both Jersey locations quite often, so we wanted to try DE, Big Mistake!! On this server’s schedule!! Hospitality is KEY!! Not to mention accuracy!! Thought I was finished but got home and the entire order was messed up!! I was charged for potato salad- didn’t get. Husband asked for collards and got green beans!! Thanks Jacklyn B for the nasty attitude and awful service!!
