Then during last year’s freeze in January Lance Burris, Owner, called my company to help them with a frozen pipe that affected the restaurant with water damage. To this date, avoiding calls, demand letters, but promises to pay but still nothing. Even after working with him on the bill due to insurance coverage. Owner Lance Burris shouldn’t operate a business that can’t pay his bills, even a year later.
