    I've eaten here a few times. I think it's hit or miss, but today was a hit. I wanted a cheese steak and it's really good. Service is a little slow, but they seem well-organized for busy establishment. Recommend.

    When you finally get your food was just ok. Young Lady who took orders was amazing and detailed. However, 2 steak rolls was so ruined due to sitting over 30 mins waiting for the last steak. Had to ask for hot fries after waiting 45 mins for 3 steaks. Heard them talking about 1 steak 30 mins ago. Watch people order and receive their food while we were still waiting. My mushroom cheesesteak was not good. They put the crush peppers on the roll with no options to remove if too much. So the roll was ruined. Couldn't enjoy the steak. Smh need more organization on tickets.

A business owner’s public response reflects their standards, and unfortunately yours reinforces the issues mentioned in my original review. Many people want to support small and minority-owned businesses, but that support depends on professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers. Responses like this make that support difficult and undermine trust. Feedback is an opportunity for growth. How it’s handled matters just as much as the service itself. You have a lot to learn. I’ve ordered from this location several times, and almost every visit something has been wrong. I gave grace the first few times, but the last two visits were especially disappointing. I was concerned to see an employee adjusting her false eyelashes and then packaging food, which raised questions about hygiene and food safety. On another visit, I requested my egg rolls be cut in half (clearly noted on my online order). When I asked for it to be corrected, I was met with attitude. Most recently, I requested sweet peppers on the side, as indicated on my ticket, but they were placed directly on my sandwich instead. After multiple chances and repeated issues with accuracy and professionalism, I won’t be returning.

    Update! I just spoke with the director of operations who reached out to me immediately. When I say this has been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had, I truly mean it. It hasn’t even been 24 hours and we have a resolution. Mr Bowers was super apologetic and most importantly professional. Milan’s should be the standard in how a business corrects their mistakes and respects their customers. I appreciate the conversation and I look forward to seeing you all again. I am highly disappointed in my experience. I usually work around the long wait times and terrible customer service, however this time my order was horrible. I drove from Philadelphia for 2 jerk chicken cheesesteak. I get all the way home to find two mini sandwiches with barely anything on them. I could have saved my money and gas and went to the papi store because that the quality I received. I should have known when I saw them pulling rolls from the grocery store amorosa bags.

    With this place its the consistency. I believe i ate here a few months back and the Cheesesteak hoagie was good. Then before that my turkey sub wasn't so good. Then today I order Cheesesteaks hoagie. The roll was so soggy and it just wasn't good. When I pulled up I sat in the car thinking did I really went a Cheesesteaks or chinese. I now I should have kept driving to get chinese.The price $14.75 for soggy roll is insane. Am going to give this place a rest.
