  So mcdonalds is utter trash now. I was waiting for a friend to gonto lowes i wanted a hot fudge sundae. Well…, i walk in, the kid taking the order speaks so low he has to repeat himself 3 times before i even heard his greeting. As a rule i haven't gone into a mcdonalds for 3 years. So i order a sundae. But its literally 2 minutes and i watch the girl in the back make the Sundae 1/2 full with ice-cream then put the mc cafe chocolate on it and bring it out to me. The manager Ben .. honestly he should have been fired a long time ago, i show him the sunday and he tells me that its fudge and he rather then listen or look laughs in my face. But what ben doesn't know is that i used to import cocoa beans and roast them for my friends chocolate business thats been around for over 100 years. And i made pastries as a hobby with chefs in baltimore , and i hve 2020 vision and know what a bottle of squeeze syrup looks like instead of the iconic pump hot fudge of the mcdonalds hot fudge sunday. The reason i get to angry is because of the fact i have a medium size construction company and i used to grab 50-100 bucks worth of mcdonalds at a time and i would of course pay first at the first window and then second window theybsay sorry but the ice cream machine is down and they will not refund you in line. So basically ripping me off over a sundae. But the real star is Ben he was rude condescending and told me he would show me im wrong. Anyone notice the new mcdonalds layout hides the cook staff? And how your meals are handled ???? Makes me distrust these people even more. Mcdonalds is just another dying american franchise too bloated to lazy, too expensive to offer value in the marketplace. Any good memories i had there are now replaced with animosity because if people like ben. Oh by the way mcdonalds i will never take this post down. EVER Mcdonalds they say click a link, that have all the names dates and places and people. Why doni have to do anything the onus is on them. But of course they have no concept of reponsibilty. No courtesy just a rude out of the box rude reponse. Tone dead, you idnt lose a customer you lost a family of customers and… made a deteactor which by market data says that thats 17 cutomers/ familys. My kids will never have a nice day in your restaraunt and bring their kids sonits already doomed you just dont have a vested interest
