Incredible omakase experience! Sushi by Bou delivers top-quality fish, beautifully crafted bites, and a fun yet intimate atmosphere. Each course was thoughtfully prepared, and the pacing was perfect. A special shoutout to the captain, who was outstanding ,attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable with great energy and professionalism. Definitely one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had. Can’t wait to come back!
I absolutely loved the vibe of this place from the rooftop setting to the decor, music, lighting, and attentive service. Everything felt intentional and inviting. This was my very first omakase experience, and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
My friend and I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday with Chef Sean as our omakase chef. Each piece was beautifully prepared a true feast for both the eyes and the palate. Every course was served with perfect timing and thoughtfully described, which made the experience feel immersive and personal.
Chef Sean was calm, patient, and welcoming as we asked questions, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. My friend and I laughed, sipped our drinks, and genuinely enjoyed the moment as we savored each piece Chef Sean created. The entire experience felt effortless, elevated, and memorable. I can’t recommend it enough.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A truly memorable omakase experience.
This sushi bar delivers an authentic and well-executed omakase experience, where every course highlights precision, freshness, and respect for the craft. The chef leads the experience seamlessly, serving each piece at the perfect moment while explaining the flavors, cuts, and techniques, which adds a personal and immersive touch.
The quality of the fish is outstanding—clean flavors, perfect texture, and excellent balance with the rice. Each nigiri is thoughtfully prepared, with great attention to temperature, seasoning, and presentation. You can truly feel the care and intention behind every bite.
The atmosphere is intimate and refined, ideal for enjoying omakase the way it’s meant to be: seated at the counter, watching the chef at work, and fully trusting the journey. Service is warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive.
Highly recommended for sushi lovers and anyone looking for a refined, authentic, and unforgettable dining experience.
This place has sketchy management and scam advertising for deals. I had a poor experience here and regret spending my money (my friend as well).
I bought the Facebook ad, which was advertised as 12 course omakase with a sake pairing. While we waited for our seat at the bar, we were given a "complimentary" shot of sake (words of the waitress).
Once we were seated at the bar for our dinner (which is extremely tight seating, you are basically touching both people next to you), they started serving us sushi but no sake was being paired with it. So after two pieces (which came out very quickly in like two minutes), I asked the sushi master where our sake pairing was. The sushi master didn't know so he called another worker over. I explained the situation to him, he didn't know, he sent another lady, she didn't know, until the manager Alejandro came to talk to us.
So the dinner is only like 30 minutes long and now more than half my dinner is me turned around from the bar talking to the workers (and I was probably detracting from the other customers' experience as well, as I had to explain the problem 4 different times at this point).
I explained to Alejandro the problem and he insists the omakase doesn't come with a sake pairing. I told him that's what it said on the receipt and in the Facebook ad. He said I was wrong. I told him I had screenshots. He said show me. I showed him. He said oh no it's not supposed to come with a sake pairing, just the free shot you had before the meal. I showed him again how the ticket reservation said "sushi pairing". His behavior was unprofessional. I asked what he was willing to do to accommodate us for the misrepresentation. He said he wouldn't do anything. So I said okay that's fine we'll just write an honest review of our experience and contact broader management since we had already prepaid and they wouldnt refund us. A couple sentences later he QUOTE said i was "threatening" him. At this point I get kinda scared because I'm a petite woman talking a big man telling me I'm threatening him when I didn't. So I said what do you mean I'm threatening you? He said you threatened to write a review...
He gave us one more glass of sake to shut us up, we finished our sushi (which was fine), and we left. When I got home, I called the broader management number, on two different occasions, and the girls I spoke with both said a manager would call me back. They never did.
Sketchy management. Food was fine. Ambiance was not up to price point.

My friend and I came in expecting great sushi, but what we got was so much more than that. From the moment we sat down, the experience felt special. The sushi was absolutely amazing—fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Alexis paid incredible attention to detail, and it really showed in every piece. Watching him work and then tasting the omakase was a highlight of the night. It was genuinely some of the best food I’ve ever had, and each course somehow got better than the last.
The bar experience made the night even better. Will crafted incredible drinks and somehow knew exactly what we were in the mood for. Every cocktail paired perfectly with the food, and his energy and attentiveness made everything feel relaxed and fun without ever feeling rushed.
Together, Alexis and Will created an experience that went beyond just a great meal. It was the kind of night where everything clicked—amazing food, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere that made us want to stay longer and come back again. We came for sushi and left already planning our next visit.
