The man behind the counter started mocking me by repeating questions I had already answered. First, he asked if I wanted cheese or pepperoni — I said cheese. Then he asked again, “Two slices?” even though I had just said it clearly. After that, I asked if they accepted Apple Pay. He replied in Spanish, ¿no, dinero? Which means no money? even though I was clearly asking about the payment method. When I asked again, he said it sometimes works, but continued being vague and dismissive. When I decided to leave and asked him directly for his name, he mocked me again by answering “cheese?”, like he hadn’t understood anything — just to keep playing. This wasn’t a language issue. It was clear intentional disrespect. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I will not be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy.
