Right as we turned the corner and made our way to the bar we were warmly welcomed by one of their wonderful bartenders, Owen. We ordered drinks and were just in time to order something from the kitchen before they closed. The staff throughout the night, even while closing up the bar, were probably some of the friendliest, nicest bartenders I’ve met recently. They made our evenings & honestly I couldn’t speak more highly of the staff: Owen, JP & McKenly. I definitely will be coming back for a full dinner!

- FFFarazDec 28, 20255.0DC has a lot of wonderful restaurants so it’s quite competitive. However, we have always enjoyed our time at Ocean Prime. We’ve been a few times now and almost leave happy! The service is top notch and the waiters and waitresses are always friendly and on top of everything. They have a great attitude. The food is amazing, from the steak to the seafood to the sushi, everything always comes out perfectly. They take hospitality and food seriously and always aim to delight. The carrot cake is amazing and one of the best desserts I’ve had in my life. Definitely stop by and you will not leave disappointed.

I ordered the Ocean Roll and the Chilean sea bass—both were absolutely outstanding and exceeded expectations. Our server, Will, made the evening even better. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant. The cocktails were also top notch—extremely well crafted. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience and the perfect spot for a special occasion. Highly recommend.
