Then I ordered double espresso and he gave me the espresso in 2 seconds which means it was sitting there. I am sure about that because it was also room temperature. Not hot at all. When I told them, they said they can’t do anything. Awful place. Awful service. The pastries were good.

The employee I spoke to tried to gaslight me about finding glass in my food, insisting that there's no glass anywhere in their food prep or kitchen area and I must have been making it up. I was not making it up. My friend saw me pull glass out of my mouth. I very strongly caution you not to eat here based both on the fact that I found glass in my food and on the staff's cavalier reaction to the situation. If you have a food allergy like I do, you might agree with me that a disdainful staff is a giant red flag for food safety. I won't be back. Ever. And hopefully I don't end up in the hospital from eating a piece of glass I wasn't able to feel.
