When we arrived, they claimed they did not receive an order and the girl at the counter was extremely rude about it. Someone came over and told her she needed to turn on the ordering system to receive orders and that’s why they never got it. She then asked what our order was and as we told her what we ordered, she just stared and didn’t bother to write it down and then we had to repeat the entire thing. We considered taking our $70 elsewhere, but figured that we had spent this much time and energy trying to get our food that we might as well follow it through to the end. When the food was finally ready, and we asked to speak to the manager about the experience, the very rude girl then lied to her manager and said that she apologized when that never happened. Overall a terrible experience. We were very excited to try the food as we love supporting small businesses but the horrible service today has guaranteed that we won’t be back. I regret spending money there at all now. A simple apology and courteous service would have easily made up for them losing our order but instead they were rude and dismissive and now we won’t be back.

You should steam, not boil lobsters. In pot 2-3" water with salt, bring to boil, then place lobsters in the pot of Steaming water for the following times:

2 - 3 lb. - 20 minutes
For lobsters over 3 lbs. steam for an extra 5 minutes per pound.
