Very terrible experience today. Ordered online, traveled from Hebron to Willimantic to pick up our order. When we arrived, they claimed they did not receive an order and the girl at the counter was extremely rude about it. Someone came over and told her she needed to turn on the ordering system to receive orders and that’s why they never got it. She then asked what our order was and as we told her what we ordered, she just stared and didn’t bother to write it down and then we had to repeat the entire thing. We considered taking our $70 elsewhere, but figured that we had spent this much time and energy trying to get our food that we might as well follow it through to the end. When the food was finally ready, and we asked to speak to the manager about the experience, the very rude girl then lied to her manager and said that she apologized when that never happened. Overall a terrible experience. We were very excited to try the food as we love supporting small businesses but the horrible service today has guaranteed that we won’t be back. I regret spending money there at all now. A simple apology and courteous service would have easily made up for them losing our order but instead they were rude and dismissive and now we won’t be back.

If you eat at the Fish Market, bring all your self discipline with you. The food is so good it's hard to stop eating until way after you are FULL FULL FULL! I had a side of clam strips and I currently am unable to move. And it was a "Side" order!

Kitchen closed today, but anticipating trying it!!! Looks like lots of fresh raw seafood to purchase which I didn’t realize. So that’s good to know.
I uploaded the menu for others to have

I lived right down the street from this place and I miss it some much! It had the some of the best lobster rolls and smoked muscles. I love that they catch what’s in season. People are friendly too!

I was in the area for a work inspection and came across this fish spot. My son and I had the shrimp and fries and it was really good! The shrimp was seasoned nice and you just have to add salt and pepper to the fries ! I highly recommend and will be returning ! Fresh and not bland !!
