Losing our order, telling a door dash driver that they wouldn't make our order cause it was too big, mistakes almost every time we get from here (like getting a hot chocolate with extra hot chocolate and receiving only warm milk, getting someone else's food entirely, or giving lemonade when the drink was a root beer. And this isn't even listing all of it.) on top of it I tried calling to talk to a manager about this and no one answered. We will be ordering from chase avenue or union st because we have only had great experiences at those places everytime.
